Weekly Recap (05 Feb 10)
Been a busy week so let's take a look at what's new:
- full trailer for comedy Cemetery Junction starring Ricky Gervais, Matthew Goode, Emily Watson, Ralph Fiennes and Tom Hughes. A comedy centered around three men working at an insurance company. Due for release April 7th UK/ later this year US.
- a new trailer for Clash Of The Titans Trailer starring Sam Worthington. The film's due for release March 26th 2010 UK/ March 26th US.
- a new Kick Ass UK poster plus a trailer. It stars Mark Strong, Nicolas Cage, Aaron Johnson, Chloe Moretz and Christopher Mintz-Plasse. High school student Dave Lizewski decides to become a super-hero. Due for release April 2nd UK/ March 12th (premiere) then April 16th US.
- new pictures and a clip from The Crazies which stars Timothy Olyphant, Radha Mitchell, Joe Anderson and Danielle Panabaker. A town's water supply is contaimined with a mysterious toxin that turns the residents into violent psychopaths. It's due for release February 26th UK/ US.
- first poster for Ironclad starring Kate Mara, Paul Giamatti, Brian Cox, Jason Flemyng and James Purefoy. A group of Knights Templar defends Rochester Castle against King John. Due for release later this year UK/ US.
- a new picture from Tron Legacy which is due to hit our screens December 26th 2010 UK/December 17th 2010 US.
- a trailer for My Last Five Girlfriends starring Brendan Patrocks, Naomie Harris, Kelly Adams and Jane March. Due for release March 19th UK/ later this year US.
- a poster for Lebanon starring Reymond Amsalem, Ashraf Barhom, Oshri Cohen,Yoav Donat and Michael Moshonov. Based on Samuel Maoz's depiction of his experiences in the 1982 war. It's due for release Feb 25th GFF/ already been shown US.
- a trailer for Heartless starring Jim Sturgess, Eddie Marsan,Timothy Spall,Noel Clarke and Luke Treadaway. Due for release Feb 19th at the Glasgow Film Festival then May 21st UK/ later this year US.
- The Last Airbender: Super Bowl Spot. It stars Jackson Rathbone, Dev Patel, Cliff Curtis and Nicola Peltz.. It follows Aang, a young successor to a long line of Avatars, as he tries to stop the Fire Nation from enslaving the Water, Earth and Air nations. It's due for release 13 August UK/ July 2nd US.
